The Problem with Success

I too often find myself saying “I want to lose weight” when I should be focusing on the fact that I DID lose weight and WILL CONTINUE TO get healthier. Nutrition and fitness is a lifelong journey and it isn’t until you acknowledge how far you have come that you can continue to pursue your dreams. Self reflection and goal setting are important when it comes to success and are steps people often overlook which can lead to many people feeling like they aren’t making progress, or even enough progress. Even if you lose a pound, its still progress! Focus on how you feel, how your body looks in your clothes and you will be much happier with yourself
